On the request of a customer, we will refund full unused months of a paid subscription. Partial months will not be refunded. Unused Nollyland credits will also be refunded upon request.
Items purchased from NollyLand will be shipped within three business days of receipt and verification of payment. All items will be shipped via a professional courier service. Customers should always inspect the condition of items prior to accepting delivery.
Purchased items are non-refundable. However, any defective products can be returned within 30 days of purchase to NollyLand for replacement with an identical or comparable product. In the event that an exchange is necessary, the customer agrees to bear the cost of shipping the return product to NollyLand. NollyLand agrees to bear the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.
Signup is optional. It is not necessary to sign up to receive content on your device.
Personal information is collected only at the option of a user who chooses to sign up. This optional information is used for additional personalized features such as the provisioning of content across multiple devices, automatic bookmarking, personalized watch list, and customer support. The user agrees to receive product updates, offers, and promotional emails from NollyLand. NollyLand will never sell information collected from its users to third parties.
